CHARACTERISTIC

Hammer mill is a economical unit designed for general all-round work for time saving operation. Most often, the only changes necessary are of Screen, hammers and liners.

Feed Material passes through a wide feed hopper into the grinding chamber. The swinging hammers, in the rotating hammer rotor, crush materials at the stationery liners before driving them trough a screen and type of hammers used. The method of operation is impact grinding.

Traditional disintegrators are technologically replaced by these modern machine, having total flexibility. Combination of different hammer styles, liner plates, sieve inserts and wear resistance technology offer almost unlimited possibilities of crushing lumpy, bulky, irregularly shaped hard & fibrous materials, into coarse to medium fine powder.

Hammer mill is subjected to rigid final inspection and actual grinding tests a our experimental station before it is delivered to the stores for dispatch, Grinding tests with your materials one also be carried out without obligation the testing the suitability of the mill for your satisfaction.

Advantages

1. Pre Crusher is a economical unit designed for medium hard & lumpy material for time saving operation & greater output.
2. It will ideally reduce irregularly shaped lumps of soft to medium even slightly damp in nature, to smaller sized lumps by inward – opposite rotating cam shaft with replaceable cams crush the material on the Stotted grate.
3. Pre-Crushers are recommend to crush materials containing small percentage of lumps or agglomerates into uniform coarser material. Generally for lighter duties like mounting in-line with secondary grinding mill or de-agglomeration applications.
4. Pre-Crusher is not suitable for hard materials like wood, stones, ores etc. Pre-Crusher is subjected to rigid Final Inspection and actual Crushing tests at our Experimental Station before it is delivered to the Stores for dispatch. Crushing Tests with your materials can also be carried out without obligation, to testing the suitability of the Crusher for your satisfaction.

Standard Supply

Hammer mill complete with Feed Hopper, Set of serrated Top liners, Set of Side liners, set of main shaft assly. Set of Bar type Hammers, Screen frame, Set of 3 Nos. Perforated screen and ‘V’ – pulley for mill.

Necessary but optional supply (At extra cost)

1. Mounting Accessories : m.s. mounting structural frame without legs / m.s. stand complete as per standard supply with outlet collar for air balloon, discharge outlet, facility to mount mill and motor, set of cross type slide rails, set of V-belts, set of air balloons with clamp, V-pulley for Motor and safety guard for drive.
2. Electrical Accessories : 1 No. – Electric motor for main drive, suitable starter D.O.L./Star Delta type semi-automatic & Ampere meter for load indication.
